Drombeag Circle

This is a very natural site but there were lots of tourists trekking to the spot. We met a couple from Albany, NY with the little red headed boy in one of the photos. The view from here was panoramic and included the sea. It dates to 500 to 2000 BC. It was a circle with bones of a youth buried in the center with two out huts near by for cooking with a roasting oven and a way to boil gallons of water at one time by heating rocks and tossing into the enclosed spring.
